Originally released in 2023 and now presented again in a new edition by Ultraääni Records, this LP marks Juho Toivonen's first solo vinyl offering—a document of raw, searching gestures, improvised repetitions, and moments where decay is as significant as the sound itself.
The title, translated as For Plants and Animals, hints at an intent beyond human listeners. The compositions, built on untuned piano, sustained synthesizers, and fragments of field recordings, exist in a liminal space where time moves in uncertain patterns.
